Half-day urban unwind retreat
Offer yourself the time and space to pause and listen to what you want.
This retreat will allow you to connect with yourself and your personal goal. The answer to what you want is already known it is housed in your body and system (your subconscious). We will experience what this is during various activities. The activities are practical and backed up with research. You will go home with easy tips and resources to continue your inner growth while feeling balanced and energised.
