Half-day unwind retreat

Offer yourself the time and space to pause and listen to what you want.

This retreat will allow you to connect with yourself and your personal goal. The answer to what you want is already known it is housed in your body and system (your subconscious). We will experience what this is for you during various activities. The activities are practical and backed up with research. You will go home with easy tips and resources to continue your inner growth while feeling balanced and energised.

Why should you sign up? What will they learn?

  • (NL) Leer over de drie breinen en hun functies: hoofd, hart en intuïtie. 

  • Ervaar hoe gedachten het lichaam en gedrag beïnvloeden en andersom (body-mind connection)

  • Ontdek hoe het brein informatie tot zich neemt en hoe wij hierdoor allemaal de wereld om ons heen anders ervaren. 

  • Maak contact met je hart(brein) en leer waarom en hoe je hier vaker mee in contact wilt zijn. 

  • Zet een persoonlijk doel en ontvang 1-1 coaching. 

  • (ENG) Learn about the three brains and their functions: head, heart, and intuition.

  • Experience how thoughts influence the body and behavior and vice versa (body-mind connection)

  • Discover how the brain absorbs information and how we all experience the world around us differently.

  • Connect with your heart(brain) and learn why and how you want to be in touch with it more often.

  • Set a personal goal and receive 1-1 coaching.

The schedule of this retreat will include:

  • Personal development activities coming from NLP

  • Visualisation with a clear outcome

  • A gentle and purposeful yoga flow

  • Heart-connection mediation

  • Visualisation with a clear outcome

  • Practical personal development tools to take home

  • Tea and healthy bites will be served
