A private yoga class is an opportunity for a customized practice tailored to your specific needs.

Private Yoga classes 

Private classes are €80,- per class of 60 minutes. This price can vary depending on the frequency, duration, and type of request.

Yoga styles

  • In a vinyasa class, we connect breath to movement. This is an energizing yoga class that explores balance, strength and focus in body and mind. The creative flows are easy to follow for new yogis and are also challenging for more experienced yogis.

  • Gentle yoga classes build a solid foundation and understanding of yoga poses. Perfect for beginners and for all yogis that want to ground themselves. This slower-paced flow class will leave you feeling relaxed, in balance, and grounded.

  • Hatha classes move the body slowly with focus on the transition and the implementation of each pose. Ideal for beginners and more experienced yogis. We spend more time in each pose so that you can explore various options, and build strength and flexibility. While being mentally challenged to stay focused.

  • A restorative yoga class is a moment for you to fully relax. Can you bring that feeling to mind when you’ve just released a big sigh out of your mouth? You will leave the class embodying that feeling of complete relaxation. We release muscle tension completely. Holding poses for five or more minutes. Mindfulness plays a big part in these classes.
