Yoga style & schedule
Every yoga class is inspired by a different theme. I bring everyday life events onto the mat. With a down-to-earth approach, I let these themes come to life. I draw inspiration from yoga philosophy. The classes have a little flavor of introspection, self-development, and building confidence. I bring experience in these practices from yoga, mindfulness, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

In a vinyasa class, we connect breath to movement. This energizing yoga class explores balance, strength, and focus in body and mind. The creative flows are easy to follow for new yogis and are also challenging for more experienced yogis.

Gentle yoga classes build a solid foundation and understanding of yoga poses. Perfect for beginners and for all yogis that want to ground themselves. This slower-paced flow class will leave you feeling relaxed, in balance, and grounded.

Hatha classes move the body slowly with a focus on the transition and the implementation of each pose. Ideal for beginners and more experienced yogis. We spend more time in each pose so that you can explore various options, and build strength and flexibility. While being mentally challenged to stay focused.

A restorative yoga class is a moment for you to fully relax. Can you bring that feeling to mind when you’ve just released a big sigh out of your mouth? You will leave the class embodying that feeling of complete relaxation. We release muscle tension completely. Holding poses for five or more minutes. Mindfulness plays a big part in these classes.

In this class we combine the best of both. Two slow paced practices to get the mind into body and feel rested afterwards: yin and nidra.

This is a guided meditation that invites you into a state of deep relaxation between waking and sleep, allowing your body to rest and your mind to restore clarity.
