How we do it:
Seline combine practices from yoga, NLP, neuro- and behavioural science. The methods are proven by science and help people create new behaviours and increase their focus.
Turn inward and realise that you already have all the answers available. The workshop will help deepen your self-knowledge, structure your intentions, and create compelling new habits.
