3 steps I took to become confident.
Something I wouldn’t have done if I hadn’t worked on my self-confidence is being in FRONT of the camera.
This is what I did:
I analysed my self-talk
When I started to truly listen to the voices in my head I noticed I repeated a lot of the same things. I knew what they were, what they were telling, but when I consciously started to notice them I realised there was a pattern.
2. I asked myself this question
Is this true? Or is this old record that keeps repeating itself?
If this is an old record, can I go back to the source when this was played for the first time?
Tip: Visualisation is a great tool to get there.
3. I’m taking a new exit
Whenever the self-talk spoke to me, I consciously decided to not act based on this self-talk and placed something else (the reverse) in return.
For example, this is mine: No one wants to see your content <> I’m here to guide others and this is the best I can offer
